Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Wild Squat, we’re committed to delivering performance-focused, high-quality activewear made for the bold. If your order doesn’t fit right or arrives with an issue, we’re here to make it right with a smooth and transparent exchange process.

Exchange Window
You may request an exchange within 5 days of receiving your order.

In case of a wrong, damaged, or defective item, it must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Any requests made beyond this window will not be eligible for support.

To initiate such claims, a clear unboxing video is mandatory. The video should capture the entire unpacking process, clearly showing the issue.

Exchange Eligibility
Items must meet the following conditions to qualify for exchange:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • Original tags must be intact
  • Must be in original packaging
  • In a resalable condition

Items not meeting these conditions will not be accepted.

Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene and safety, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Innerwear
  • Used or washed items
  • Items missing original tags or packaging
  • Customized or final sale products

Exchange Policy

  • If the issue is from our end (defective, damaged, or incorrect product), Wild Squat will arrange a free reverse pickup.
  • If you wish to exchange due to a size issue or personal preference, return shipping will need to be handled by the customer.
  • Only one exchange is allowed per product/order.
  • Reverse pickup availability depends on your pincode. If unavailable, you may be asked to courier the item back to us at your own cost.

If the pickup is not completed within 48 hours of approval, please notify us. If we are not informed and the 5-day window passes, we may not be able to help further.

Refund Policy
We currently do not offer refunds. Exchanges are provided in eligible cases. Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances where the issue cannot be resolved via exchange. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method after a quality check.

Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
